Vermont's WaterProofer is made to prevent moisture penetration from the outside such as rain, snow, ice, etc. on vertical or horizontal surfaces. It can certainly handle normal hot outdoor temperatures, too. However, this is NOT meant for any surface that is exposed to constant moisture or submerged under water. Our oil based sealers work well with moisture too, but they are not guaranteed underwater. You need an epoxy for that purpose and we don't offer those as they are made with ingredients that are not safe.
