My cedar siding was treated with an oil based/rosin based product called Penofin. I did not realize how toxic it is. We've cleaned the siding according to that product makers suggestion and I would like to seal it now to stop any residual off gassing of the Penofin and stop the strong cedar smell from my siding. After decoupaging the exterior of the pot, I want to seal it with the AFM Polyureseal EXT Satin (clear color). Is there a certain temperature range, they should be applied? And a level of humidity?
