Can I seal the seams between the tiles? I purchased the 12x12 marmoleum click tiles for my powder room and have already had a small leak that soaked below the tiles. I had to pull them all out to dry. Is there a way to seal the seams between the tiles so water cannot get between them? Thanks! View answer

Is the HDF used in the Marmoleum click product safe? the MSDS sheet says it contains 'free formaldehyde' of class E1. My understanding is the with an E1 rating the product can still contain 0.1ppm formaldehyde. I've seen laminate floors with Greenguard Gold certification which would have much lower formaldehyde concentrations. View answer

I installed Marmoleum Click tiles in my kitchen that I purchased a few weeks ago from your site. After the floor was installed, I put down RamBoard floor covering when I was moving my fridge back in. When I took the RamBoard up, I noticed shiny marks on the floor where the wheels of the fridge skidded as I moved it back into place. The floor isn't gouged or deformed from the wheels, but there are just noticeable shiny lines. I thought this flooring was supposed to be resilient and scuff-proof, so I was pretty surprised by this. How can I remove these marks? View answer

What chemicals are used in the finish applied on the top of the tile for protection?3. Does this flooring initially emit any chemical odor?4. What vapor barrier do you recommend for a cement floor (2nd-floor condo). Do I need padding? What are the most eco-friendly materials sold by you?5. Is it possible to use wool felt or EarthWeave wool under carpet pad under click on Marmoleum?6. How much does installation cost per sq. ft? View answer

We are remodeling our 1966 house and need flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and bar area. We want to maintain the mid-mod style of the house. I like the pictures I see of Marmoleum, but we do not have the time for do it yourself. Can you recommend an installer? And how does this flooring compare in cost to vinyl or linoleum flooring? I am interested in a Marmoleum click floor for a new house. How much I will need? The builder gave me the square footage of the rooms I will be putting the click in, but do I need to order more than the exact square footage? If I end up needing more flooring after the initial order, is there a possibility that the colors will vary? If I order too much, can I return the extra? View answer

Can you tell me whether we can use Marmoleum click (or any other version) in our cottage? It has a concrete floor and is not heated over the winter. The cottage is located near Sarnia, Ontario, on the southern part of Lake Huron, an area that gets lots of snow most winters. View answer
