We had some work done for which molding around the floors and doors was removed (and which we don't intend to replace). The contractors suggested using hot mud on the exposed areas before priming and painting (actually plastering in our case). Is ECOS Drywall Spackle an appropriate replacement for hot mud in this situation ? View answer
