I'd like to use this product for my new baseboards around the house, but I am nervous about needing to use rubbing alcohol to cure it. We just repainted the house with ECOS paint. I called ECOS and they said rubbing alcohol would definitely take off the paint. Am I confused about needing to use rubbing alcohol all along it? Any other suggestions for caulks that don't need to use rubbing alcohol? View answer

I believe This AFM caulk was in freezing temperature during shipping because it’s really hard to push out of the tube and it’s still tacky after days. Not a huge deal because it’s under floors, but will it still do the trick to stay in place?
