Will this adhere to semi-gloss paint? The previous owners of our home used semi-gloss on the ceiling in some areas. I hate it and I am wanting to switch to eggshell of matte. I'm looking to use this to paint an intricate mailbox with multiple colors. In the interest of making it cost effective and to not be wasteful, is it possible to buy a gallon of the white non-tinted exterior paint and then just use a set of universal color tints to tint the ECOS paint myself?
