We just had a rubber membrane installed on our low pitched roof to fix a leakage problem caused by the previous shingled roof. It does the job but looks awful. Are there any kinds of shingles that can be installed on top of the rubber membrane to improve the looks without diminishing its ability to prevent leaks? View answer

Hello,I used Klean Strip Green Adhesive Remover to remove floor adhesive from 8'x10' cement floor. I did my best to clean it up afterwards. Then I used DRYLOK Floor & Wall Masonry Waterproofer to seal the cement. After letting the small room air out for a few weeks using a large fan and fresh air, there is a strong odor that is bothersome and irritating to my eyes and nose. It seems to be the Klean Strip Green Adhesive Remover odor that is still off gassing after 6 weeks. Will AFM SafeCoat Hard Seal be the correct product to seal in this odor? Thanks,Kevin View answer

I have a carbon steel sheet (lead-free) that will be used for a magnetic board for my kids. The surface is uncoated and bare and will need to be coated to prevent rust from oxidation. My kids will be using magnets and such on it, I want to have a strong coating that will not scratch or take paint/sealant off. Would this be good to use as a primer? What would the best paint and sealant be to used after the primer? This will be indoors if that helps. Thanks. View answer
