I'm interested in using this for laundry but am unclear how to. Joel H mentioned his wife uses 1 tablespoon per load for a front loader. Is this undiluted, or the 20:1 diluted version? Would I just pour this tablespoon on the clothes or would it be better to mix it up in more water then pour this onto the clothes? Hello, Do I need a carpet cleaning machine to use this product? And part 2, Can this product remove an enzyme cleaner that I used in a small spot on my rug? About 2 feet by 2 feet. I thought it had only enzymes, but in fact there is an unpleasant and troubling fragrant odor. It was supposed to dissipate when dry. That was 3 days ago and it is unbearable for me. (I have spoken to the company but they are not helpful.) Will all 3 products work together to get rid of this odor, even if it's caused by a fragranced spray for urine removal?
