M-1 is a versatile construction adhesive and sealant for interior or exterior use. Made for industrial roofing, it can be applied in damp, dry, and cold climates down to 30 degrees F. It won't discolor with UV light and is capable of joint movement in excess of 35% in both compression and extension. M-1 has a 20-minute skin-over time, is paintable after 24 hours, is non-toxic and has very low odor (16.9 g/l VOC)!
