I have cedar railings on my deck. About 8 years ago (when my contractor was dying) he sent a workman to put a sealant on the railings. It looked great for about a month and then grew black mold. If I sand the railings lightly, will your penetrating water proofer / sealer do the job without growing another crop of black mold? Or do I need a fungicidal wash to start? View answer

I'm thinking of getting an Ikea wardrobe cabinet (Pax), but the sides of the shelves are exposed particle board. The inside of the sidewalls have peg holes for the adjustable shelves. These holes (approx. 1/4" round and deep) are also exposed particle board. Which AFM product would be best to use to seal these?
