The original flooring in my historic (1923) house is red pine, very common in this neighborhood (Fairmont district, Fort Worth TX). We uncovered it a year ago and it looks like most areas were not finished but simply covered. I really like the hand rubbed Matt look and nontoxic aspects of Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus. Would this be a good stain and sealer for these floors?
