We are staining the concrete with acid stain and so all of the foam residue needs to be removed or the finished floor will show spots in it. Will the 600GL or 540PM product work for this application? I am going to use this in a basement. The subfloor/ceiling is rough sawn cedar and sanding would be labor intensive, we are not able to do that and would just rather paint over them as is. There are stains from mold that was treated with concrobium, and we want to use either the coating or primer over it. We will likely use a bright white paint over the first coat but are undecided about that at this point. What would you recommend we use?
