Is the product the same as the tube? Can it be used to paint on vinyl to adhere to wood backing?

This is absolutely different than the AFM Safecoat Almighty Adhesive Construction Adhesive which comes in a tube. You could use the 3-in-1 to adhere small vinyl tiles (less than 8" square) to a wall. It is NOT meant for flooring. For flooring check out our DriTac products or Forbo Sustain 1195.
