If I've been using mineral oil on my butcher block, would I need to deeply sand it for this to adhere? Or a light sanding? Would I need to use anything to dissolve the mineral oil? Would you recommend this or Bioshield Wood Counter finish in terms of longevity and having the oiliness not transfer to everything set on the counter (which is my problem now. Thanks! View answer

Last year we bought a finch pine picnic table with a clear coat finish. Since the table lives outdoors, we want to keep it well-protected by applying a fresh coat every spring. Is this the best product of yours to protect an exterior finch pine picnic table? Thank you. View answer
