Hello! I live in FL (think HOT and HUMID). We are ripping up the old outdoor carpet on our lanai and are wondering what to do with the bare concrete to protect and seal it. It does get a little wet occasionally from heavy rains on one side of the porch, but overall it is a covered area. What products should I use to best stain or paint and seal it?
