Q1: We want to use the VNC Penetrating stain for our fence. We have way too much fence to try and sand. Is pressure washing with a 3400 psi washer and the 30 degree tip as effective as sanding to clean the wood and open it up to receive the penetrating stain?Q2: Based on what I have seen on our deck which was previously improperly stained.
