I am interested in this flooring (forbo MO312) but cannot from your web site tell if there are pieces still available. I need it for a bathroom approximately 10 x 6 ft. There are would be a cutout for a vanity so I might be able to do with slightly less. Is there that much available? View answer

Would there be any issues with installing in an unheated sunroom (with concrete subfloor)? My sunroom is not climate controlled (heated or cooled) and I would like to install cork flooring in it. I don't believe the temperature will wildly fluctuate in a short period of time and the room is fairly insulated. But I am in New York State and it does get cold outside. I've read good things about this product and would like to give it a try but don't want to have it fail on me for using it in the wrong application. Thank you! View answer

We have polished mud floors that were treated initially with several coats of linseed oil, left to dry for quite a while and then waxed with Bioshield #32 and buffed. That was a couple years ago and was appears as if it needs to be reapplied. Our question is whether we should apply any oil, either Bioshield Hard Oil #9 or another oil first before reapplying the Bioshield #32? Or is there something else we should do before reapplying and buffing with the Bioshield wax #32? View answer

The Amorim Waterproof Cork Flooring is advertised as 100% waterproof and the ads show the floor in a room with several inches of water. Why then do the installation instructions recommend gluing the floor in bathroom/kitchens or sealing the joints to prevent water penetration? View answer

I plan to install the waterproof cork on a concrete slab in a daylight basement that i recently removed glue down commercial carpet from. since removing the carpet it smells very musty down there. I was going to float the floor over the poly vapor barrier but was advised to look at this Taylor product and glue down the floor. My questions are: Will this product prevent vapor from traveling up through the slab? Will the old carpet adhesive need to be completely removed? Will scraping it off be sufficient or will it need to be sanded? Will this solve the odor problem. Thanks View answer
