Our home is 175 years old. We sanded and used gym seal on many of the pine floors about 35 years ago. Needless to say, they're looking dry and sad. Must we sand before using AFM Naturals Oil Wax finish? How long must we wait to replace rugs and furniture? Also, I don't understand on the pdf of instructions about "buffing" with sandpaper. I am refinishing a set of 1940s steel cabinets. Two of the base cabinets have what I believe to be linoleum countertops. They are surrounded by stainless steel edging. There is a curve where the flat countertop and the short backsplash meet. Will your product be able to make that curve (perhaps with heat)?
