I have put up paintable wallpaper in my kitchen. I painted it with a pearl metallic water based paint and didn't notice the cancer warning. Now I am wondering if I get your AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP could I brush or roll a coat of this on to seal off the other paint and be able to wipe down any splatters with only 1 coat? I am worried that sanding would be difficult or impossible with the textured wall paper design to do more coats. View answer

I am currently building an enclosure for my Bearded dragons, the entire inside of the enclosure will be covered with sanded grout and will need to be sealed. I understand this product to be low odor and no VOC when applying. But my concern is when exposed to my 75 watt heat lamp will this product leach chemicals or fumes over time.
