No, AFM Concrete Floor Paint is a topical coating that will not prevent moisture intrusion. We recommend our GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer for blocking moisture on basement walls or floors. It has a 15 year warranty against water penetration, is non-toxic and very low odor. It is our best-selling sealer for concrete.
