Currently painting our interior hardwoods floors with porch and patio paint. The color is a cream/light grey color. We applied one coat of satin, water based polyurethane sealant and the floors turned yellow. Applied with roller as it is too large of an area to apply with brush. Tried to not apply too thick. Will your sealant NOT turn the floors yellow?? And can it be applied with a roller?? View answer

Hi Sasha,I asked earlier about the Rubio oil being adequate to seal formaldehyde. You said no and sent me a list of other products by AFM that would possibly work. The project involved is particle board walls which need to be sealed to be safe for me. Because I am so exquisitely sensitive to formaldehyde, it would need to be the best one. Can you let me know which one this would be? Thank you, Micheila View answer

I previously used clear caulk to prevent water from soaking through the bathtub/shower grout, but it molded pretty badly. I removed that caulk and now need something that will prevent the water from soaking through and damaging wood within the walls. Will this product, Safecoat Grout Sealer, do the trick? View answer

After removing a shower surround some mold was found on the wood support. I cleaned it with vinegar & water and then followed this up with bleach & water. it's better but still visible. I am concerned that mold will get reactivated with moisture; we will install a tub/shower in this space. Can this product be used to seal the mold? View answer

We have a table being built from red oak to be a base for our farmhouse sink. This will go into our laundry room and be consistently used. I need a stain and a top coat. This is a nice combination of both, also being user green friendly is a bonus. Would this work for this project?Taking into consideration this table will not be outside, but inside. It needs to be waterproof. View answer

I have moisture coming up from my concrete slab and wetting my carpet. I read in anothers question of the correct product to use and how it would need to be used on a raw untreated floor. So my question is, when I pull my carpet and padding back how will I tell if the concrete is raw or untreated or not? Thank you Mrs Testa View answer

I want to use the Marmoleum on a three season porch that is up on Sonotubes. The current substrate is plywood over which an old indoor/outdoor carpet had been laid. We will rip up the carpet and use the plywood underneath. Is there a concern about the fact that the porch is three season and open underneath by about a foot or so? The room is enclosed with large sliding glass doors. View answer
