The non-toxic polyurethane coating we recommend is AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP: https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/A...Marmoleum and Cork in the click/floating format are quite similar in their installation, and either one would be suitable for a DIY project in your kitchen and mudroom.
