Both the AFM SafeCoat SafeSeal and the Polyureseal BP provide 100% reduction of formaldehyde off-gassing (and chemicals of similar molecular size and structure) when using 3 coats. However, the SafeSeal is not a finishing sealer, it is mainly just used for priming and for "behind the scenes" applications.
