Would this work on air drying clay pots as a sealer? The clay pots can't get wet when they dry, So would this make them waterproof?

We do not sell any products that are designed to make clay dishes, air dry or otherwise, waterproof. We have confirmed this with the manufacturer. That said, if you wanted to do some tests to try this product for your outside-the-box idea, we do offer samples. We cannot guarantee any kind of result.
