Is the silacote coating good for public bathroom interior CMU walls? What shins are available please?

Silacote is best for unsealed/never painted raw brick or concrete walls. It does not have sheen options, it would be flat. Due to it having no gloss, it may not be suitable for a public bathroom if it will need to be cleaned regularly. Having gloss in paint adds extra protection from moisture. Our basic interior wall paint may be a better option.
