Thanks for the question Dee, and sorry to hear about the mold issue.The Caliwel Home and Office Mold and Mildew prevention paint isn't meant to be used as a flooring surface. It can be applied to a concrete subfloor if you use a primer first to make sure it adheres properly, but then it would need to be covered with a resilient flooring of some kind. Then it would protect the concrete underneath the flooring from developing mold.Basically, this paint isn't meant to be interacted with in that way. It doesn't have any abrasion resistance, and wouldn't hold up to that kind of activity.
