Generally, one gallon of Polyureseal BP will cover 300 SF on the first coat and 350 to 400 on the second and third coats. Therefore, for 600 SF: 2 gal first coat + 4 gal for second and third = 6 gallons. If you want gloss, then order 6 gloss. If you want satin, then order 4 gloss and 2 satin. This will yield a more clear look. We also offer floor applicators https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/search?search_query=applicators which make installation a breeze. These are what the pros use. Dry times can vary widely, depending on humidity. If it's humid it might take twice as long to dry. Always wait longer between coats, if you can, to make sure each coat is fully dried.
