If you are saying you have the Vermont Natural Coatings Polywhey Exterior stain already applied to your plywood, No. That stain is not meant to have anything else put over it.
can this be used on plywood that has a polywhey stain? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Polyureseal BP, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
