Can your low gloss sealer be used on a colored concrete basement floor with in-floor heat? The concrete was beautiful before we finished the basement. Now it has some scratches and spray from putting in the sheetrock, etc. I can get most of the sheetrock spray off, but want to get the concrete to shine again. We built the house two years ago.

The "shine" usually means a gloss finish. Is that what you mean? If so, our AFM Safecoat MexeSeal or Polyureseal BP may be your answer. Both are topical sealers that will work with radiant heat and both will provide a tough coating. The Poly BP will be the toughest. If, however, you mean an enriched look that darkens the stain and makes it look deeper, then the answer is no, we don't sell anything like that. Those products all contain solvents and our products do not contain any.
