If your talking about 12" x 12" glue-down tile, they generally have an oil and wax finish. Polyureseal BP would not be a good option, because the water-based sealer could not penetrate or bond to the existing oil and wax finish, unless it had been completely stripped off (which is not easy). If, however, there is no existing oil and wax, Poly BP would be a good option, but your cork warranty will likely not honor the addition of another company's finish. As for the sheens, this is only about aesthetics, so either one works well depending on which look you prefer Glossy is very shiny, while satin is a low-luster shine.
