Would this be the best sealer to use on doors and a table that I painted white with ECOS paint?

Yes, the Polyureseal BP will work fine over any water-based paint. However, we recommend that you clean it and then lightly sand the surface with 180-220 sand paper or similar to de-gloss the paint and provide some tooth for the poly to bond to.
