Can I use this on a table we eat on? I refinished it with 100% acrylic paint and want to finish it with a food grade clear coat that makes it pretty.

None of the food-grade sealers we sell would work over paint (they are all oil-based, meant to go over raw wood only). You could use Acrylacq to seal your table, provided the paint you used was water-based. Acrylacq is not food-grade, but it is non-toxic.
