Safecoat DynoFlex Roof Guard (formerly DynoFlex All Weather) is a unique, water-based, elastomeric, low-odor, paint-like sealer and radiant heat barrier that protects new or old roofs against water, mildew and harsh weather elements.Its premium bridging qualities allow it to be used to patch, seal and bridge hairline cracks. DynoFlex Roof Guard is elastomeric, which means it has excellent elasticity, as well as waterproofing qualities when applied at proper film thickness to properly primed roofs. It dries white, but can be tinted at the factory by special order. Please refer to application instructions. Samples are available for testing as this is always recommended.
