Can this be used to reseal/maintain the seal on a pebble natural stone shower floor that is roughly 40% grout?

No, this is not made for shower floors. We do not have any product that will seal natural stone pebbles as they are too dense, i.e. non porous. You can use our AFM SafeCoat Grout Seal to seal the grout, however as it is porous.
