I painted my kitchen cabinets with milk paint from General Finishes. I used General Finishes top coat in satin finish and it didn't cover well at all. It was very streaky and way too shiny. Will this cover any better and will it be shiny?

The AFM SafeCoat Acrylacq is a more durable product and preferable for a cabinetry finish. Due to the preexisting finish on your cabinets, it is important to perform a test of the Acrylacq on the surface of the cabinets before doing the project. You want to test to make sure it bonds to the surface as well as checking if you like the way that it looks. We provide 3-4oz liquid samples for $9.95 for this purpose.
