I have some closets that are wallpapered (a very papery/matte finish). Can I apply either of the Caliwel paints directly to the wallpaper without priming? I don't much care how it looks, I just want the mold protection.

None of the products we sell are meant to be used over wallpaper. Putting a water-based paint or sealer over wallpaper will do two things, make the wallpaper heavier, and the water content will re-activate/moisten the adhesive, so the heavier wallpaper will come unstuck from the wall.
