Yes. Underneath the Caliwel Industrial Mold and Mildew Inhibitor, we would recommend either AFM Transitional Primer or ECOS Universal Primer, both of which are non-toxic and zero VOC. If you do not have a brand preference, I'd recommend AFM as it has encapsulation qualities that ECOS does not.
