I bought the Home and Office Caliwel product for use in our unfinished basement, on subfloor and joists. Now I'm second guessing whether I got the right one, or if I should have gotten the Industrial?

Both products perform the same. The only difference is that the Home and Office is bright white in color and the Industrial is an opaque color (hard to describe) that does not have as much white since it is used behind walls and doesn't matter.
