It hasn't been tested for that, but it should be able to. It would be best for you to order a small sample online first to test it.
Could this primer be used as a base coat and then acrylic paint put on top after the 24 hr drying period? Trying to find a safe primer for 3d printed objects for kids. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Transitional Primer (Int/Ext) Paints & Primers
