Yes, there should be No adhesion issue putting the Transitional Primer on the Kilz primer according to Jay at AFM.
Will this adhere to Kilz Mold and Mildew primer that was applied to the subfloor during mold remediation? Trying to seal the outgassing from the Kilz which was applied 3 days ago. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Transitional Primer (Int/Ext) Paints & Primers
