We sell no products that will work in that waterfall situation. Also, lava stone doesn't generally need sealing.
I have a ledge made of lava stone (Cantera) which connects the waterfall to a Koi pond. Since the lava stone is porous, I was planning on using AFM SafeCoat on the lava stone.
