Yes, but first prime with our AFM Transitional Primer, wait 24 hours, then apply two coats of AFM Zero VOC Paint (flat, eggshell or Semi-gloss). Another option is to use 2-3 coats of AFM Hard Seal which is a clear topical coating that only comes in a gloss finish. It will block the odors as well. Do not use Safe Seal as it is made for porous surfaces.
