No. AFM Safe Seal is for porous surfaces like raw MDF. For a painted surface, you'll need AFM Hard Seal.
I have a table tennis table. I think the table top is made of MDF board. I would like to seal the bottom side of the table-top to reduce off-gas. However, the bottom side is painted with some low-quality paint already. Can I still use safe-seal? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Safe Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
