Is there a way to seal new vinyl plank flooring to make my air safer? Thinking to get a remodeled house near Phoenix. Or,,, I guess if I can afford , can rip it out and replace w safe flooring or tile.

Sorry, rip out and replace is your best option. While our sealers block VOC emissions, they have to be applied to the surfaces where the off-gassing is coming from which is the sides/edges and backing. Unfortunately, those areas are not accessible. Applying to the surface won't do much. Sorry.
