I have spoken to AFM about this at length. First of all, you do not use Safe Seal in this case as that product is a "behind the scenes/aka not to be exposed" product. You would use it somewhere it's going to be covered. Pressure treated plywood often poses issues because of the pressure treating. You will have to dry/air it out for a few weeks first. Then, the Polyureseal EXT seems to be bonding to pressure treated plywood. However, know that, under direct long term exposure, the wood will expand and lead to coating cracking.
