Can Safecoat be applied with a stain? My floor is oak, and I would like a reddish mahogany to go with some aged red looking wood.

Naturals Oil Wax Finish is meant to be used directly on raw wood. If you are wanting a stain and topcoat, we recommend the AFM Safecoat Durotone stain topcoated with the Polyureseal BP. You may order small samples of any of these online to test first.
