Can I put this over sanded Brazilian cherry flooring, I was researching the finishing process for our unfinished Brazilian cherry hardwood and it is suggested to use a grain filler and then polyurethane, would this product serve to do both?

Sure...Unlike oil or water-based polyurethanes, Naturals Oil Wax soaks into the wood sealing it from inside. I suggest that you order a sample and test it first to determine how well it will penetrate and how it may work for you.
