Do you mean for beds, as in interior furniture, or raised garden beds? The AFM SafeCoat Penetrating Oil Sealer would do well on interior furniture, like a bed, but would not last long used for a raised garden bed, particularly the interior of the garden bed. It could be used for the outside of the raised garden bed and may last a year or two, but on the inside of a raised garden bed, it would last less than that. Our recommendation for raised garden beds are to use the Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey Exterior Penetrating Wood Stain on the exterior of the bed and on the interior, any area covered with soil, use the AFM SafeCoat DynoSeal as it is intended to be used below grade/soil.
