What would you recommend for a front door finish? The door is new and made of walnut. It is not on the sunny side of our house and is set into the stone of the house. We purchased Safecoat Penetrating Oil for the cherry floors. Would that product work on an exterior application or do you suggest a different product?

Yes, you could use the AFM Safecoat Clear Penetrating Oil for your walnut front door. Please test it first to see if you like how it looks. We have a couple of other products that are made for use outdoors. We recommend our Vermont Natural Coatings Poly Whey Exterior Stain and our Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Oil. Both come in a clear version. All oils will enrich the look of the Walnut and will add some honey color to the natural wood look.
