Probably not. Squeaky floors are a result of nails that are no longer set or floors that have expanded or contracted beyond a certain point or from subfloors that are moving at a different rate of expansion than the flooring. Applying oil in the joints might lubricate the squeak for a time, but is not a long-term solution as once the oil dries out, it will happen all over again.
